This Refund Policy applies to purchases of CodeYMate IDE Pro ("Pro"). We encourage all users to fully try the free Preview version before purchasing Pro.

Free Preview

We provide a completely free Preview version for you to evaluate the Software. Preview includes the full set of core Pro features, with limits only on the number of projects and files. You can use Preview to fully understand the Software's features, performance, and suitability, and confirm it meets your needs before making a purchase decision.

Refund Policy

Pro purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

All payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, please contact Paddle customer support or visit paddle.com.

Pro is sold as a one-time purchase ($9.90) that unlocks all features permanently. We still recommend fully trying the free Preview before purchasing Pro.

Special Cases

In the following special circumstances, we may consider refund requests at our discretion:

Duplicate charges or incorrect billing;

Technical issues that prevent activation, where we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time.

To request a special-case refund, please contact us at support@codeymate.top within 7 days of purchase, with your proof of purchase and a detailed explanation.

Price Changes

The price of Pro may be adjusted at any time. Customers who purchased after a price change are not entitled to a price-difference refund. The price at the time of your purchase is the final transaction price and is not affected by subsequent price changes.
