By using CodeYMate IDE ("the Software"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Software.

CodeYMate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one or more personal devices, subject to the following restrictions:

Preview — Free to use with feature limits: maximum 2 projects open at a time, with 5 files per project.

CodeYMate Pro — A one-time payment of $9.90 lifts all limits permanently and unlocks the full feature set.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

You may not use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer copies of the Software to third parties.

The Software and all related intellectual property (including but not limited to code, design, trademarks, and documentation) are owned by CodeYMate. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

The Software runs locally and does not automatically collect or upload your code, project data, or personally identifiable information to remote servers.

Git and SSH operations follow the privacy policies of the remote service providers you configure.

The Software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall CodeYMate be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software.

If you violate any provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your right to use the Software at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and remove all copies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
